St. Giles offers two yoga classes weekly from September to June, and you don't have to be a church member to participate.
Whether you are a beginner or have practiced for several years, we invite you to join our classes at St. Giles: Tuesday at 9:30am and Thursday at 6:00pm (both in the Fellowship Hall). You can bring your own mat or use props we provide. Why practice yoga? You will gain strength and flexibility, learn how to connect your mind and your body, and learn new breathing techniques that help you both on and off the mat. We offer a safe environment in which you can explore yoga postures, de-stress, and relax. If you have any questions, please be in touch with Brenda Drake or Anita McLeod, or contact the church office.
