ABOUT
St. Giles Presbyterian Church
St. Giles is an active member congregation of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and the Foothills Presbytery. Along with our denomination, we celebrate that God unites persons through baptism, regardless of race, ethnicity, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, geography, or theological conviction. All persons have full participation and representation in our worship, governance, and membership. Read THIS to learn more about what we believe.
We are a medium-sized church filled with families and people of all ages and interests.
We are a mission-minded congregation with both local and international partnerships, financial and hands-on projects.
We are led by a Session of 10 Elders, serving in 2 classes of 5 members for 2 years.
Staff

Adam Fischer, Co-Pastor
Adam began serving as Co-Pastor at St. Giles in June 2020. He and his wife, Meg, moved here from Long Island where they served separate congregations. He is thrilled to be her partner in marriage and ministry. Adam loves to play board games! He is also a maker -- of fabric and textiles projects, with words, stones, or any scraps and parts. Adam prefers hot tea to coffee, wears bow ties, and cries during movies.

Wanda Allison, Church Administrator
Wanda has been faithfully serving our church for over 25 years. The church could not run without her. You can find her in the office every week with a smile on her face ready to help with anything you might need!

Mary Margaret Flannagan, Co-Pastor
Meg began serving as Co-Pastor at St. Giles in June 2020. She and her husband, Adam, moved here from Long Island where they served separate congregations. She is thrilled to be his partner in marriage and ministry. When not at church, they love to play board games. Meg also enjoys hiking, creative pursuits (most recently in glasswork), and eating good food.

Celeste handles the church's financial bookkeeping. Before transitioning into accounting, Celeste founded and operated her own real estate brokerage, Realty-Advisors Carolina, for 20+ years. She lives in the surrounding neighborhood with her husband. Her children attend Auburn.

Tami Bradley, Preschool Director
Ms. Tami previously taught public school, then came to our preschool after being at home with her own children. Tami taught the 4 year olds for 9 years, and has been part of our school for 11 years. She brings a wealth of education and experience to her position now. When not at school, she can be found in stadiums all over the east coast cheering for her sons' baseball games.
